A Knowledge-Based Teaching System for SQL

چکیده

The paper presents SQL-Tutor, an intelligent teaching system for SQL programming. SQL-Tutor is designed as a guided discovery learning environment and supports problem solving, conceptual and meta-learning. The system uses Constraint-Based Modelling to form models of its students. We present design issues by focusing on the system's architecture. Student modelling and the generation of pedagogical actions are discussed in the light of tailoring instructions towards a particular student.
